Transport Emergency Cards (Tremcards) are automatically produced for any product that is classified with a UN number. ChemSoft Transport Emergency Cards are fully compliant with current legislation and can be printed any of the languages listed in the ADR regulations.

Companies who ship hazardous goods throughout Europe, need to provide the driver with Transport Emergency Cards (Instructions in Writing). These emergency instructions must be written in the language the driver can understand and those countries through which the load will travel.

REACH

The REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 entered into force on 1 June 2007.

ChemSoft EH&S has been updated to comply with the current requirements of REACH.

The aim of REACH is to protect human health and the environment and will require companies to obtain and provide data on the physical, chemical, toxicological and eco-toxicological properties of chemicals manufactured in or imported into Europe.
