ChemSoft SDS significantly reduces the time and effort required to produce a compliant Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for any product.

Flexible Reporting
This module produces Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the standard EU, OSHA and ANSI formats and uses flexible design options allowing users to create their own designs to incorporate company fonts, images, logos or layout, or select to print them to company letterheads.

ChemSoft Safety Data Sheets are fully editable documents allowing users to create their own sections and subheadings to provide any additional information that may be required to cover a specific product range or industry requirements.

Safety Data Sheets are completed using a combination of the audited phrase library and the comprehensive range of product and hazard related templates. A company or product specific template database can be created allowing for users to create templates that contain data relating to their specific product ranges.

ChemSoft SDS has flexible reporting options allowing completed documents to be stored as .pdf, .html, .txt, .doc, .rtf, .xls and .ttx, in addition to the systems own document formats. Safety Data Sheets can be printed, faxed and emailed directly from the ChemSoft EH&S or can be exported and printed from any location on a PC or network.

REACH

The REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 entered into force on 1 June 2007.

ChemSoft EH&S has been updated to comply with the current requirements of REACH.

The aim of REACH is to protect human health and the environment and will require companies to obtain and provide data on the physical, chemical, toxicological and eco-toxicological properties of chemicals manufactured in or imported into Europe.

MSDS compliance for the US

In addition to our market leading EU compliance software ChemSoft EH&S offers software modules to provide fully compliant MSDS's for the United States.

MSDS's are produced in the ANSI format and contain all the required inventories such as TSCA, CalProp65, SARA titles etc
